What each side pays

• Event organizers

  There’s no fee for your organization.

  When a hotel’s contract sets a rebate per room night, your event dashboard shows it building while booking is open.

• Hotels

  Hotels pay TEAM Solutions a commission on the room rate, set in each hotel’s contract.

  By default the hotel also funds any rebate per room night its contract sets, netted with the commission from night one on its virtual card. Each hotel sees both in the RFP and can counter them.

• Families

  Families pay the first night and a booking fee online when they book.

  Each is its own line at checkout, and so are the first night’s estimated hotel taxes when the hotel lists a tax rate. On some hotel contracts, checkout also collects part of the later nights. Families pay the rest of the stay at the hotel.
