Andy Carl
Founder and Owner
Andy founded TEAM Solutions and leads business development. A former athlete, and now a husband and father of three, he knows the stress of traveling as a team and as a family. He wants the hotel to be one less thing to worry about. He loves Philadelphia, its food and its teams, and his alma mater, Temple University.

Andrea Halfinger
National Sales Manager
Andrea finds new clients at trade shows, at events and through her network. Her background at sports commissions means she knows how event organizers and host destinations work together. Born in Peru, she speaks Spanish and English. Off the clock, she travels with her husband, plays pickleball and cheers for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Christine Dunn
Client & Guest Relationship Manager
Christine makes sure our clients and their guests are looked after from start to finish, with an open line to our team the whole way through booking. She is proudest of the lasting relationships she has built with the people she works with. Outside work, she is busy keeping up with her sons.

Allie Plymyer
Customer Support Specialist
Allie answers our support line: she helps teams and families find the right rooms and takes care of special requests. Her background in education taught her to listen closely and to solve problems. Away from work, she plays volleyball and guitar and spends time with her pets, nieces and nephews.

We send RFPs to hotels near your venues, negotiate the rates and sign each hotel’s contract.
A booking page with your name on it
Families book on one page with your organization’s name on it, with hotels sorted by distance to the venue.
A real person on the phone
Call our support line during support hours and a person on our team answers, not a ticket queue or a chatbot.
Hotels see the commission up front
It’s in the RFP, and each hotel can counter it. The hotel’s contract is with TEAM Solutions, and we settle up with each hotel after the event.
